 Tropical grassland 

Found in tropical zone Africa, Northern Australia, Brazilian highlands and Guiana Highlands.
They have dry season. Little rainfall in summer.
Small trees and stunted thorny bushes. 
Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra and Leopard are found 

Temperate Grasslands

Located between 30° & 50° latitudes.
Rainfall is inadequate.
Mostly treeless areas. Willow, Alder& poplar are found.
Grasses with different heights.
Temperature is -20°C to 21° C.
Prairie Dog, coyote, kangaroo, ostrich & emu.
